nTopology is next-generation software that enables engineers and designers to create transformative parts for whatever industry they are in. The software works in conjunction with CAD packages to provide users with high-performance, unbreakable geometry; a unique, field-driven design capability; and novel tools for workflow automation.
What makes nTopology unique is its implicit modeling approach that lets you work at arbitrary precision, use lightweight previews for fast interactive modeling, and offers a world of operations not possible with traditional tools, including variable wall thickness, spatially variant structures, clearance creation, and simulation-driven geometry. With nTopology you can easily combine CAD, mesh, volume mesh, voxel, topology optimization, beam, shell, and support structure geometry in one error-free space.
On June 29th, nTopology Application Engineer Alec Guay will introduce you to the software and show you how to use it, including the block system, fields, lattices, and reusable workflows. He will talk about why nTopology was created, how it’s different from other software, and which industries it’s used in. He'll then show a few case studies and example files, and finish up with a walkthrough of the nTopology block system and a workflow. You'll also get useful tips, tricks, and best practices for working smarter with this software from an expert user.
